Beginning and Intermediate Hip-Hop (All Ages):
  Get your foundation down!  Through these fun and challenging classes you will learn the basics of popping, locking and breaking. Learning these originating styles will allow you to enter any dance circle to show you know your stuff!

Advanced Hip-Hop (All Ages/ Teen): Own the dance floor!  Come and learn intricate choreography from some of the best in Denver.  This class will involve challenging but constructive across the floor exercises  and choreography.  Take your dance to the next level with this class!

Adult Hip-Hop (Adult): Dust off your high-tops!  Bring your old school skills or just come out to learn something new.  This supportive and high energy class will run through choreography and bring back some of those old skills from dancing in the 70s, 80s, and beyond!

Baby Hip-Hop (Ages 3-5): An introduction to Hip-Hop.  Learn to coordinate and have fun moving and grooving in a high energy fun environment.

Kids Hip-Hop (Ages  6 & up): Think youre too young to headspin or move like the big peeps?!  Well youd be wrong. This class will offer choreography and fundamentals, so you can do all of moves youve always wanted to and step to anyone..

 Adult /Teen Contemporary with Allison: Graceful, strong and innovative - this class will open your mind and movement to sync with the emotion and feel of the music.

Turbo Kick:  Turbo Kick is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.  It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's unique blend of intense intervals strength training, and relaxing cool-down.  Turbo Kick requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment.  You'll have more fun doing Turbo Kick than any other format.  Turbo Kick is a registerd trade mark of Powder Blue Productions.

Zumba:  Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly waht the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-buring dance fitness-partyTM that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. 

Breaking wth Mr. Terry:    Break dancing is an art form that devleoped in the early 1970's.  There are 4 main elements of breaking: top rock, footwork, freezes and power moves.  Come learn these moves with one of the best B-boys around!

Power Barre:  The  combination of stretching, ballet barre and classic ballet movements will have you sweating while improving your balance, core strength and creating those long ballerina muscles.  No technique necessary.  Allison will maek you sweat and see restults
